SHIPPING POLICY

DYF BEAUTY / DressYourFace, LLC currently offers shipping within the United States. Once we open internationally hopefully this year, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your package and the country it is being shipping to.
All items ship from Tujunga, California.

International delivery times vary and can take up to or more than 21 days from the day it's shipped, but we always try to select the fastest shipping times based on what's available. Due to import restrictions, we may not be able to deliver to all countries.

International orders may be subject to import tax, customs duties and fees levied by the country of import. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country, We are unable to provide information on whether you may be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import based on product value. These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. DYF BEAUTY does not collect duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our courier to the local courier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States. DYF BEAUTY assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional, or giveaway items. All fees must be paid by the package recipient.The shipping methods offered are provided by the carrier. The days represent an estimated ETA, for how long it usually takes for a package to arrive after it has shipped. These dates are subject to change and are not 100% guaranteed.

For time-sensitive packages, please be mindful of weekends, holidays, sales, COVID restrictions, and extreme or unsafe weather. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and packaging of the shipment on top of shipping transit time. 


Please ship to a secure location. DYF BEAUTY is unable to replace stolen mail.
DYF BEAUTY is unable to alter the shipping method selected or the shipping address provided in order after it has been shipped.
Once a package has shipped, an order cannot be canceled or refunded due to carrier delays.

At this time, international orders are final sale and we do not accept returns for international orders. Any returned packages from international orders (returned to sender, refused duty payments, attempted returns without communication) will not be eligible for a full refund, and will be handled on a case by case basis.

PRESALE

Presale/Preorder refers to the ability to order products before they are in stock, but is actively on its way to our warehouse. If you have purchased an item or items labeled “PRESALE” or "PREORDER", we will not ship until the item is in stock. You can check the estimated back-in-stock date on the product page. Please note that the arrival of presale items to our warehouse depends on many factors, with shipping dates subject to change. Any order containing a PRESALE product will not be eligible for expedited domestic or International shipping.


TRACKING

When your order is ready for shipment, we will send you an automated electronic confirmation to the email listed on your order.

This confirmation will include delivery address and tracking number. If you see an error, please reach out to us immediately. Check your spam or junk email if you have not received your confirmation email.

STOLEN, MISSING, OR LOST PACKAGES

DYF BEAUTY assumes no responsibility for packages stolen from a customer's property after an order has been delivered to the address provided. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If you wish for a package to be shipped with a signature required*, please contact customer service prior to placing the order or immediately after.

*Signature Requirements
If you opt for signature service, if the carrier attempts to deliver and there is no one to sign, the package will be taken to your local Post Office, UPS facility or FedEx location. From there, you can pick up the package.

If your package goes unclaimed; the mail carrier will issue a "RETURN TO SENDER," and it will be returned to our facility. Orders will not be reshipped, canceled, or refunded while the carrier is still in possession of the package. 


DYF BEAUTY assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages. You may be able to file a claim with your courier service by directly contacting them in the case of lost mail.

 

REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, only for domestic orders.

At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNOPENED, UNUSED, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable once the original purchased item has been shipped. This total would be deducted from the eligible refund, along with a $20 restocking fee. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@dyfbeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Preorders are eligible for full refund including shipping fee only if package has not yet shipped.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
