This dual ended 3-in-1 tool is made with a sharp angled brow & liner brush on one side and a custom designed silicone spoolie on the other side featuring a long tapered flex tip to assist in creating the perfect eyeliner wing. 

Application technique: stroke upward using the brow blade brush edge to create natural hair strokes on the brow, or drag across the lash line for eyeliner application. Use spoolie to brush through brow hairs and groom lashes/ remove mascara clumps. Use flexi-tip to drag out gel or pencil eyeliner into the perfect winged point.
